检验/检验服务，是按委托方或者买家的要求，代表委托方或买家对供货质量及定货、购销合同中的其它相关内容进行检查验收的一项活动，目的是查验供货方所供货物是否满足定货合同的要求和买方的其他特殊要求。
Inspection service is an activity on behalf of the consignor or the buyer to inspect and
confirm the product quality and other related content mentioned in the order or purchase and sales contract to ensure that the product quality meets the contract requirements and other special requirements of the buyer.
验货服务作用 The function of inspection service:
避免交货上的延误和产品的缺陷，在第一时间采取应急和补救措施；

验货服务种类
Types of inspection services
生产前检验：验货人员通过随机抽样对生产的原材料、初加工产品、零部件进行检验。
Pre-production inspection: Inspect the raw materials of the production, preliminary worked products, and spare parts by random sampling checking.
生产过程中的检验：验货人员对生产线上的半成品或刚下线的产成品进行检验，检查纰漏和偏差，报告厂方，并提出纠正错误和偏差的有效方法。
In-production inspection: Inspect the semi-finished on the production line or finished product just off the assembly line to check the flaws and deviations and then report to the factory and propose an effective method to correct the error and bias.
产成品交付前抽样检验：验货人员在产品生产及包装完成待交运前，(一般是100%生产出来80%包装好)，对货物的数量、工艺、功能、颜色、尺寸规格和包装等细节进行检查。抽样方法是按照ISO2859/NF
X06-022/ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001/DIN 40080等国际认可的标准进行。同时遵照买家AQL抽样水平。
Sampling inspection prior to delivery of finished products: Check the details like the quantity of goods, production technology, functions, colors, sizes and packaging etc. before finishing the production and packaging. The sampling method is performed in accordance with international recognized standards including ISO2859/NFX06-022/ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001/DIN 40080 etc. while following up the AQL sampling level of the buyer.
监督装运：验货人员在最终产品付运前的抽样检验之后，在工厂基地、仓库或装箱传输过程中，协助厂家确认所用装箱是否符合应有的清洁状况和装箱条件等。
Shipments in supervision: After the inspection of the final product prior to shipment, inspection staff shall assist the manufactures to check and confirm whether the packing conditions meet the requirement on cleanliness and packing conditions etc. in the whole process from factory, warehouse, or packing transmission.
