The revision of the flammability test standard of 16 CFR 1615/1616 is issued by CPSC on 16th Sep., 1996. This regulation states the strict requirement on the children’s sleepwear. It is applicable to the children’s sleepwear, such as nightgowns, pajamas and the robe etc. which dressing purpose is for sleeping or the activities related with sleeping.

All the domestic used upholstered furniture, furnishings and other upholstered products must pass the flammability requirement according to UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations. This kind of products include:

Furniture indoor or in other living condition (including covered truck) used privately, for example, sofa, bed, children’s furniture, seat cushion.

High chair, Mattress (any size) and the pillow, but excluding the bedding or floor (including carpet, mat and cushion)
